Notice to the Oslo Stock Exchange
The merger between Storebrand Bank AS and Finansbanken ASA has been approved.
The Norwegian Ministry of Finance has given their consent to the merger between Storebrand Bank AS and Finansbanken ASA. The merged bank will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Storebrand ASA. The merger will be carried out with effect from 17th March 2003.
