NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION STOREBRAND ASA
In relation to the share purchase arrangement for
employees Storebrand ASA has today sold
448,320 shares to 617 employees at NOK 32.99 per
share. After this transaction Storebrand ASA
owns a total of 4,815,380 own shares.
