Storebrand: Changes in Storebrand's group management model

Report this content

Following the purchase of SPP, changes in Storebrand's group management model will be implemented.

The changes will ensure effective utilisation of the group's resources and prepare for realising SPP's value potential.

There will be a new composition of group management and the units that are organised under each executive vice president (EVP). The changes will be effective as of 14 January 2008.

  • The group management will be extended to ten members including CEO, Idar Kreutzer.
  • The three operational units - Long Term Savings and Asset Management, Life and Pension Norway and SPP will be represented by the EVPs in the group management.
  • The group management will also consist of six EVPs with responsibility for the following cross unit functions: Corporate Responsibility, Business Development, Corporate Communications and Business Policy, Market Communication, Operative Processes and Economy/Finance and Legal.
  • The model implies that Lars Aa. Løddesøl will succeed as Managing Director of Storebrand Life Insurance.
  • Storebrand Bank and Storebrand P&C Insurance will be organised as separate units and target areas.
