STOREBRAND ASA - Annual General Meeting 2022 concluded

The Annual General Meeting of Storebrand ASA on 6 April 2022 adopted, by the required majority, all of the proposals of the Board of Directors and Nomination Committee as they were worded in the notice of the General Meeting, dated and distributed on 15 March 2022.

The resolutions of the General Meeting are enclosed as appendices to this notice.
