STOREBRAND ASA - Annual General Meeting 2023 concluded
The annual general meeting of Storebrand ASA on 13 April 2023 adopted, by the required majority, all of the proposals of the Board of Directors and Nomination Committee as they were worded in the notice of the general meeting, dated and distributed on 21 March 2023.
The minutes from the general meeting are enclosed as appendices to this notice.
