New members to the Board of Directors will be elected by the Board of Representatives in their meeting on Monday 22 June 2009.

 

The Election Committee has recommended to the Board of Representatives that Birger Magnus (Executive Vice President in Schibsted) is elected new Chairman of the Board of Directors and that John Staunsbjerg Dueholm (Deputy President of Scandinavian Airlines System - SAS) and Jon Arnt Jacobsen (Executive Vice President in StatoilHydro) are elected as new members to the Board of Directors. Current members of the Board of Directors Halvor Stenstadvold, Camilla Grieg, Birgitte Nielsen and Annika Lundius are all recommended for re-election.

 

The Eleciton Committee consists of Terje Venold (Chairman), Olaug Svarva, Helge Leiro Baastad, Johan H. Andresen jr. and Rune Pedersen (employee observer). The recommendation of the committee is unanimous.
