Storebrand ASA:  Gjensidige Forsikring ASA contemplates sale of up to 19 million shares in Storebrand ASA

Gjensidige Forsikring ASA has in a stock exchange release 17 October 2013 said that they want to to explore the opportunity to sell up to 19,000,000 shares in Storebrand ASA, representing 4.22% of the share capital. Gjensidige Forsikring ASA currently holds 109,458,254 shares in Storebrand, representing 24.33% of the share capital.
