STOREBRAND ASA: Ministry of Finance subpoenas Tax Appeals Committee
The Ministry of Finance has today issued a subpoena against the Tax Appeals Committe (Skatteklagenemda) in the tax case concerning whether group contributions should reduce the tax value of shares. The Tax Appeals board gave a judgement that provided full support for Storebrand Livsforsikring AS view in the case in point. Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 20 June 2023 for additional information.
There is no new information in the subpoena which, in Storebrand Livsforsikring AS' opinion, provides grounds for changes in the company's accounts.
