The Annual General Meeting of Storebrand ASA will be held on Thursday 4 April 2024 at 16.30 (CEST). The meeting will be held electronically through the general meeting portal administered by Euronext Securities Oslo.
The notice, with agenda for the General Meeting, including registration form, advance note and proxy (which will be sent to the shareholders by mail on 14 March 2024) is attached to this disclosure.
