STOREBRAND ASA: Sale of own shares to employees

In relation to Storebrand's share purchase program for employees, see the notification (https://newsweb.oslobors.no/message/525790) on 23 February 2021, Storebrand ASA has today sold a total of 185,114 shares to employees at NOK 72.23 per share. After this transaction Storebrand ASA holds a total of 2,231,141 own shares.
