STOREBRAND ASA: Sale of own shares to employees

In relation to Storebrand's share purchase program for employees, see the notification (https://newsweb.oslobors.no/message/554012) on 16 February 2022, Storebrand ASA has today sold a total of 124,353 shares to employees at NOK 92.03 per share. After this transaction Storebrand ASA holds a total of 1,715,423 own shares.
