STOREBRAND ASA: Sale of own shares to employees

In conjunction with Storebrand's share purchase program for employees, see the notification (https://newsweb.oslobors.no/message/562152) on 12 May 2022, Storebrand ASA has today sold a total of 393,185 shares to employees at NOK 78.79 per share. After this transaction Storebrand ASA holds a total of 1,322,238 own shares.
