Storebrand Livsforsikring AS: Danica transaction closed

Storebrand Livsforsikring AS has today acquired 100% of the shares in Danica Pensjonsforsikring AS ("Danica"), Norway, and the transaction has now been closed. For more information about the transaction, reference is made to the stock exchange notification on 20 December 2021.
