New number of shares and votes in Storskogen

The number of shares and votes in Storskogen Group AB (publ) (“Storskogen”), as of today, amounts to 1,669,478,053 shares (of which 148,001,374 A-shares and 1,521,476,679 B-shares) and 3,001,490,419 votes.

As previously communicated, the number of shares and votes in Storskogen changed in June due to the conversion of the convertible issued to the seller of Acreto AB on 3 June 2022 of SEK 80 million to 5,714,285 B-shares. The conversion was registrered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 7 June 2023.
