Storskogen acquires Brandprojektering Sverige

Storskogen has entered into an agreement to acquire 70 percent of the shares in Brandprojektering Sverige, a consultancy firm specialising in fire safety and risk management. The company employs 20 consultants and reported a turnover of SEK 27.6m and an EBITA of 9.6m for the financial year 2020/2021.

Brandprojektering Sverige provides consulting services within technical fire protection in connection with new- and re-productions. The company has offices in Västerås, Skövde, Linköping, Norrköping, and Eskilstuna and are active thrughout Sweden. The company also offers services for routine administration by assisting property owners and operators in establishing routines for the systematic fire protection work.

Brandprojektering Sverige was founded by Alexander Alniemi, Robin Emanuelsson and Robin Tolonen, who will continue to lead the company after the transaction.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in middle of the first quarter of 2022.
