Storskogen acquires Karriärkonsulten
Storskogen has acquired all of the shares in Karriärkonsulten Sverige AB (”Karriärkonsulten”) via its subsidiary EnRival AB (”EnRival”). Karriärkonsulten is a private employment service company with a strong presence in the Stockholm region. The company reported a turnover of SEK 30.4m with an operating profit of SEK 7.4m for the fiscal year 2020.
Karriärkonsulten was founded by Camilla Hermelin in 2011 and employs about 65 people in Stockholm, Eskilstuna, Norrköping, Uppsala and Västerås. Similarily to EnRival, the company is working with personalised support to help jobseekers find suitable work or studies that lead to long-term occupation. The company is working on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service, within the matching area of “Rusta och Matcha” (KROM), and has since 2018 received the highest score in the official rating. In addition, the company has also been awarded the local price Di Gasell for fast growing companies in 2021.
Camilla Hermelin will continue to lead the company as the CEO, and as a result of the transaction also become a minority owner in EnRival.

Karriärkonsulten is an add-on acquisition to EnRival, which will continue to operate under separate brands after the transaction. EnRival's CEO Peter Wolff believes that the acquisition of Karriärkonsulten is well in line with the company's goal and vision, to be Sweden's most qualitative and sustainable private employment service partner.

The company will be part of Storskogen’s Business Area Services within the vertical HR and Competence.
