Nomination Committee for the Storytel 2024 Annual General Meeting

The Nomination Committee in Storytel AB for the Annual General Meeting 2024 has been appointed based on the ownership structure as of the last banking day in August 2023. The members are appointed by each of the four largest shareholders or group of shareholders by voting power that wish to participate in the committee, and the Chairman of Storytel AB.

The following members have been appointed to Storytel’s Nomination Committee:

  • Tobias Edenman, appointed by a shareholder group consisting of Jonas Tellander, Annamaria Tellander, Paul Svedrup, Dimitra AB, Jon Hauksson and Kristoffer Lind AB
  • Rickard Wilson, appointed by EQT
  • Hans-Peter Ostler, appointed by Roxette Photo NV
  • Oscar Severin, appointed by Vitruvian Partners
  • Hans-Holger Albrecht, Chairman of Storytel AB

The Nomination Committee’s task is to prepare and propose decisions to the Annual General Meeting, on electoral and remuneration issues and, where applicable, procedural issues for the appointment of the subsequent Nomination Committee.

The date and venue for the Annual General Meeting 2024 will be announced in connection with the Company’s interim report for the third quarter.
