Disclosure of Share Transfers in Carnegie, Intrum Justitia, Cherryföretagen and Scribona

Shareholders’ meetings of Burdarás, Landsbanki Íslands and Straumur Investment Bank have agreed on a motion to merge Burdarás, on the one hand, with Landsbanki Íslands and, on the other hand, with Straumur- Burdarás Investment Bank. Following the approval of the Icelandic Financial Supervisory Authority and the Icelandic Competition Authority of the merger, all of Burdarás assets will be transferred either to Landsbanki Íslands or Straumur- Burdarás Investment Bank as provided for in the Merger Schedule. Burdarás’ Swedish assets will be divided as follows: The following assets are transferred to Landsbanki Íslands: Carnegie & Co. AB 13,643,280 shares representing 20.5% of total capital and voting rights Intrum Justitia AB 3,206,867 shares representing 4.1% of total capital and voting rights Landsbanki Íslands owned 5.922.917 shares in Intrum Justitia prior to the merger. Landsbanki Íslands therefore owns 9.129.784 shares in Intrum Justitia after the merger or 11.7% of total capital and voting rights. Assets that are transferred to Straumur-Burdarás Investment Bank include shares in: Cherryföretagen AB 1,402,500 A shares and 8,852,249 B shares representing 26.9% of total capital and 25.8% of the voting rights Intrum Justitia AB 3,820,000 shares representing 4.9% of total capital and voting rights Scribona AB 7,598,190 B shares representing 14.9% of total capital and 12.4% of voting rights. Straumur–Burdarás Investment Bank owned 971.000 B shares in Scribona prior to the merger. Straumur–Burdarás Investment Bank therefore owns 8,569,190 B shares in Scribona after the merger or 16.8% of total capital and 13.9% of voting rights. Burdarás also owns smaller holdings in numerous other Swedish companies. Those holdings will be transferred to Straumur-Burdarás Investment Bank.
