LOCAL COMPANY SHORTLISTED AS FINALIST FOR THE 2014 SUSTAINABLE HOUSING AWARDS

SERVICES: Kingstown Works Ltd (KWL) has been shortlisted in the Social Housing Contractor of the Year  category of The Sustainable Housing Awards 2014, organised by Inside Housing magazine and its sister publication Sustainable Housing.

The repair and maintenance services company employs around 470 local people

It is now a contender in the sustainable social housing contractor of the year category of the awards, which are designed to recognise the best green social housing projects in the UK and the contractors responsible for them. The trophies will be presented at a ceremony hosted by one of the world’s greatest living explorers, Sir Ranulph Fiennes on Friday 17 October at the Lancaster London Hotel.
