Key executives increase Novestra Holdings

KEY EXECUTIVES INCREASE NOVESTRA HOLDINGS Thomas Åkerman, President and CEO, Nils Bengtsson, Vice President and CFO and Göran Strandberg, Executive Director, have acquired a total of 140 000 Novestra shares from the main owners, Theodor Dalenson and Lennart Tengroth. The transaction has been made after consultations with Alfred Berg Fondkommission.
