Management and board increase their ownership in Novestra after acquisition of a total of 1 million shares from Lennart

MANAGEMENT AND BOARD INCREASE THEIR OWNERSHIP IN NOVESTRA AFTER ACQUISITION OF A TOTAL OF 1 MILLION SHARES FROM LENNART TENGROTH In all, eight persons within Novestra's management and Board have acquired a total of 1,000,000 Novestra shares from Board member Lennart Tengroth, whose holding after the transfer amounts to 1,071,505 shares corresponding to 4.6% of the total amount of outstanding shares. The main purpose of the transaction has been to provide key persons in the company with the possibility to increase their ownership through a transaction structure which links the price of the shares to the future development in value of the Novestra share.
