Novestra increases ownership in Comintell

NOVESTRA INCREASES OWNERSHIP IN COMINTELL Novestra has exercised an option to increase its ownership in Comintell Holding AB from 12% to 24% through a new rights issue in Comintell. Comintell is one of Europe's leading providers of software applications and corporate portals for knowledge management with major clients such as Ericsson, Birka Energi, Telia, Tetra Pak and IKEA. On October 17, 2000, Comintell will present Xchanger which is a software application for knowledge management developed by Comintell. "Comintell has had a very positive development since our initial investment and we believe that there will be an increase in demand for the type of software products that Comintell delivers.
