NOVESTRA MAKES FURTHER INVESTMENT IN BREDBANDSBOLAGET Bredbandsbolaget (B2) has entered into a strategic co-operation with NTL - one of the world's leading broadband operators. As part of the transaction, NTL has also become one of the major owners of B2. Novestra has fully excersised its subscription rights in the share issue made in connection with the NTL deal. After the dilution caused by the conversion of certain rights of Framfab to additional payments relating to the previous acquisition agreement between Framfab and B2 and the dilution due to the new issue to the new shareholders, Novestra's share of the company amounts to approx. 7.6%. "The deal with NTL is a major step for B2 and we believe that the risk exposure has now been considerably reduced. Moreover, the strategic alliance with NTL creates an increased potential for international expansion and, in our opinion, the value of the company has increased substantially", Novestra's CEO Theodor Dalenson says. Novestra is a venture capital investment firm primarily with a focus on companies providing enabling services to the network economy. Novestra's portfolio of companies includes Boxman, Bredbandsbolaget, E*Trade, Fanglobe.com, IQUITY Systems, Jupiter Communications, Mobilestop.com, NetCap, NetTime, NetSurvey, PowerNet, Qbranch and eRecollections.
