Novestra sells its shares in Skandia Mäklarna

NOVESTRA SELLS ITS SHARES IN SKANDIA MÄKLARNA Today, AB Novestra has sold its 27% stake in Skandia Mäklarna Holding AB. The persons behind the acquisition are Skandia Mäklarna's management, Messr Björn Edstrand and Christian Hedborg, as well as the company's Chairman, Mr Lennart Tengroth. Through this business deal, Novestra makes a capital gain on its investment. "Skandia Mäklarna is a well-managed and profitable company, however, it does not fit into Novestra's investment focus on companies within the technology sector.
