Novestra signs agreement with Delphi finansanalys

NOVESTRA SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH DELPHI FINANSANALYS AB Novestra has signed a blanket agreement with Delphi Finansanalys AB, one of the largest distributors of financial information in the Nordic region. According to the agreement Delphi would acquire shares in NetCap AB. Payment would be in the form of shares equivalent to 10 per cent of the share capital in Delphi Finansanalys AB. "If the blanket agreement is finalised, Delphi will become the largest shareholder in NetCap AB which was founded in June 1999 by Novestra and which concentrates on producing and delivering financial analysis over the Internet. NetCap's clients currently include Aktie Direkt, Bloombergs, TeleTrade and Yahoo!," Novestra's CEO Theodor Dalenson says. Novestra is one of the leading venture capital investment firms in the Nordic countries, primarily with a focus on companies providing enabling services to the network economy. Novestra's portfolio of companies includes Bredbandsbolaget, Continuum Group Ltd, Fanglobe Inc, IQUITY Systems, Mobilestop.com, NetSurvey, PowerNet and Qbranch.
