NOVESTRA TO BE LISTED ON THE O LIST OF THE OM STOCKHOLM EXCHANGE AS OF 21 JUNE On 14 June 2000, the Corporate Committee of the OM Stockholm Exchange decided to approve Novestra's application for listing on the O list of the OM Stockholm Exchange. The first day of trading will be 21 June 2000. At the same time, the company will be making a 5:1 share split. The last day for trading in shares before the split will thus be Tuesday 20 June on the New Market list and the record date at the Securities Register Centre (VPC) is 26 June 2000. After the split, a share block will consist of 100 shares. "The primary purpose of the listing is to increase the liquidity of the shares and make trading in them more efficient, which also improves the prospects of using the company's shares as payment in future investments," Novestra's CEO, Theodor Dalenson, says. "As reported previously, we are not considering a new issue of shares in connection with the listing, as a we have recently carried out a share issue and have very good liquidity," Mr Dalenson adds. A listing prospectus has been drawn up.
