Novestra to be quoted on the new market of the om Stockholm Stock Exchange

NOVESTRA TO BE QUOTED ON THE NEW MARKET OF THE OM STOCKHOLM STOCK EXCHANGE As a step towards Novestra's plans to seek approval to be listed on the OM Stockholm Exchange's O-list during the first half of 2000, Novestra has agreed with Alfred Berg Fondkommission AB as advisor that the company's shares shall be traded on the the New Market of the OM Stockholm Exchange as from 25 April 2000. The Novestra shares will be quoted under the NOVE symbol and a block of Novestra's stock will be comprised of 25 shares. Today, the total number of stocks after full conversion of outstanding options is 5,178,196. "Through our listing on the New Market, trading in our shares will be greatly facilitated and we look upon the listing as a step towards our goal of an official listing on OM Stockholm Exchange", says Novestra's CEO Theodor Dalenson.
