Reduced administration costs and Nordic Strategies Management AB acquires an additional one million shares

REDUCED ADMINISTRATION COSTS AND NORDIC STRATEGIES MANAGEMENT AB ACQUIRES AN ADDITIONAL ONE MILLION SHARES Simplified management structure within AB Novestra results in reduced administration costs. An agreement has been reached resulting in that the previous management agreement between AB Novestra and Nordic Strategies AB will be discontinued with effect from July 1, 2001. The change is a result of Novestra now having entirely its own organisation. The new organisation structure will further reduce Novestra's administration costs whereby the savings for the current financial year will amount to approximately MSEK 3. Parallel to this change, the management and staff in AB Novestra have structured and broadened its ownership in Novestra by Nordic Strategies Management AB acquiring a further one million Novestra shares. These represent the shares that part of the management group acquired from Lennart Tengroth in June 2001. After the acquisition, the management and staff own a total of two million shares in AB Novestra which corresponds to 8.6% of the total number of outstanding shares. All the shares will be owned by Nordic Strategies Management AB which will be a company whose sole task will be to own and administer shares in Novestra for the management and staff.
