Stream Realty Partners Wins Trammell Crow Center Leasing and Management Assignment
DALLAS- Stream Realty Partners, L.P. today announced that it has been selected by J.P. Morgan Asset Management, acting on behalf of institutional investors it advises, to provide property management and leasing services for Trammell Crow Center— a 1.2 million-square-foot Class AA office tower located in the heart of Dallas’ Arts District and adjacent to the Woodall Rodgers Deck Park. Trammell Crow Center is currently home to a who’s who of heavy-hitting law firms including Vinson & Elkins and Baker Botts as well as global professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. Leasing of the property will be led by Sarah Erickson and Ramsey March, two of Stream’s top-producing transaction specialists.

The assignment brings the Dallas firm’s office leasing and management portfolio to 9.7 million square feet of space in the market. Stream will officially take over the property in February 2012.

The property was built in 1984 by the Trammell Crow Company and contains 50 floors of Class AA space, with a polished and flamed granite exterior and garden plaza, bordered by the Crow Collection of Asian Art.
“Trammell Crow Center is the flagship building of Midtown, which will soon include both the Arts District and Woodall Rodgers Deck Park,” said Ramsey March, Vice President of Stream Realty Partners. “It currently offers the best large block of space in the CBD or Uptown at a time when we expect demand for quality large blocks to outstrip supply.”
BB&T Bank recently leased a full floor and lobby space at Trammell Crow Center and will move its Texas corporate headquarters to the building later this year.
