StreamServe Appoints New Vice Presidents for Business Development and Product Marketing Stockholm, Sweden and Raleigh, North Carolina - May 8, 2000 - StreamServe Inc., a rapidly growing provider of eCommerce infrastructure software that facilitates flexible business communications, today announced the appointment of Scott Latham as Vice President for Business Development, and Jim Bolger as Vice President for Product Marketing. Scott Latham joins StreamServe as Vice President for Business Development and will have responsibility for strategic partnerships, particulary in the fast growing B2B environment. Latham brings ten years of high tech management experience to the company. Before joining StreamServe, Latham was a senior analyst for AMR Research. In that capacity, he was responsible for research and analysis on industry trends and developments within the e-commerce market. He leveraged his research to assist clients with alliance opportunities, strategic business initiatives, and product development efforts. Previous to joining AMR, Latham held product marketing and channel management positions with Resolution Mapping, Inc., a software startup, and Leading Edge Products, a subsidiary of Daewoo. Latham currently holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (with a concentration in marketing) from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. He has also completed postgraduate work on application development at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Boston University. Jim Bolger has been appointed Vice President for Product Marketing at StreamServe Inc. He will have responsibility for product positioning, packaging and pricing. Bolger has more than 20 years of industry experience in the ERP, supply chain and internet software and hardware businesses. He has a broad management and marketing background, focused on alliance management, solution development and product operations. Prior to joining StreamServe, Bolger was a Business Development Manager with the Internet Applications business unit at Ericsson. In that role, he was responsible for identifying applications and technologies that could be integrated with Ericssons products and offered as solutions to ISPs and portal operators, i.e. wireless internet solutions. Prior to that, he was an alliance manager with Industri-Matematik with responsibility for ebusiness initiatives with partners. Before his position at IMI, Bolger held positions with SSA in alliance management and product management, and with Digital Equipment Corporation where he held positions in marketing with responsibility for growing Digital's presence as an ERP platform provider. Jim Bolger has an M.B.A from Boston College and with a concentration in Quantitative Analysis and a B.A from Fairfield University. - We are very excited to have two strong players like Scott and Jim joining the StreamServe team.
