StreamServe Attracts 20 mUSD International Venture Capital For Continued Global Growth Boston, MA, and Stockholm, Sweden (October 19, 2000) - StreamServe Inc., a rapidly growing global eBusiness communication software company, has today closed a round of financing of US$20 Million from existing and new shareholders. The company will utilize the funds to fuel its continued growth and further international expansion. Four major international and highly prestigious investors participated in this round: Apax Investors, Lansdowne Partners and Marshall Wace of London, England, and Pharos Funds with headquarters in Dallas, Texas, USA. Apax is an initial investor; the remaining three companies are new investors wishing to participate in StreamServe's continued growth. The new funds are to be utilized for a continued international growth and further expansion, both in terms of sales, number of employees and geographical presence.
