StreamServe Signs Multinational Agreement with Skanska Group StreamServe complements Oracle Applications implementation, adding flexibility to construction company's communications strategies Raleigh, North Carolina and Stockholm, Sweden May 12, 2000 - StreamServe, a leading provider of eBusiness infrastructure communications software, today announced it has signed a multinational agreement with construction giant Skanska. Through the agreement, Skanska will use the software program to automate the flow of mission-critical information between the company's worldwide offices and its customers and business partners. StreamServe will first be implemented at Skanska ITS' Skanska Sverige AB during its Oracle implementation. The company will use StreamServe to complement its Oracle Applications business system. According to the agreement, Skanska Group has the option of installing StreamServe at its worldwide subsidiaries at a flat rate. "We chose StreamServe as our customer communications and output management solution because of its advanced functionality, fast implementation and the opportunity to meet future B2B eBusiness demands by communicating through HTML and XML," said Henrik Trygg, Skanska ITS. Using StreamServe's Intelligent Business Communications solutions, Skanska will distribute mission-critical information via printer, email and PDF. The software program also gives the construction company the opportunity to add StreamServe's eCommerce product suite in the future.
