Lantmännen buys shares in Taurus Energy

Today December 4th 2015 Lantmännen economic association bought shares in Taurus Energy AB in accordance with the conditions set in the investment memorandum published November 27th 2015 (available in Swedish only).

Lantmännens purchase comprises 3 086 419 A shares at a price of 1.62 SEK per share. The purchase adds about 5 million SEK of capital to Taurus Energy for use in further marketing activities and product development.
