SENS deepens the collaboration with Spendrups - initiates new energy storage project in Hällefors

Sustainable Energy Solutions Sweden Holding AB ("SENS" or the "Company") announces today that the Company is deepening its collaboration with Spendrups AB ("Spendrups"). This new initiative includes the development of an energy storage project at Spendrup's facility in Hällefors. The project includes a preliminary investigation into the possible installation of solar panels on the facility's roof as well as the possible establishment of a combined solar and battery facility in close proximity to the premises.

SENS announces today that the Company is deepening its collaboration with Spendrups, by expanding the existing partnership that was originally announced on June 30, 2023. This new agreement includes the start of a new project which means that SENS will take a leading role in the current feasibility study for the possible installation of solar panels at Spendrup's facility in Hällefors. In addition, the project will be able to include the development of a combined solar and battery park, strategically located near the facility.
