Sustainable Energy Solutions Sweden Holding AB ("SENS") takes another step forward in its commitment to green energy transition by signing a new land lease agreement for a new project. The agreement is intended for the construction of a combined solar park and battery facility outside Katrineholm, Sörmland. The battery plant has a target of achieving a capacity of 50 MW and solar park of 15 MW.

SENS announces today that a new land lease agreement has been successfully signed near Katrineholm, Sörmland. This marks the second agreement within a short period in the region. The project, which includes a combination of a solar farm and a battery facility, is designed to streamline the production and storage of energy, with a total capacity of 50MW and 15MW respectively.

In an era where the emphasis on renewable energy is of utmost importance, SENS is at the forefront with solutions that combine electricity production with storage. This integrated strategy promotes a stable and reliable energy supply, reduces dependence on fossil fuels and contributes to building a robust and future-proof energy infrastructure. SENS's strategic positioning and resources allow the Company to effectively navigate and lead the way towards future energy challenges, thus playing a decisive role in the transition to sustainable energy solutions.

The project's market value, with a 'Ready-to-build' status, can vary between SEK 250-500 thousand/MW. Assuming this valuation range, it implies a potential value of SEK 16.3-32.5 million, provided that all project rights are successfully secured. It is important to note that this lease does not generate immediate revenue for SENS. The revenue is expected to be realized through future sales or development agreements with long-term partners or investors. SENS's portfolio today of projects with secured land leases exceeds potential 330 MW battery park and 75 MW solar park.
