AssiDomän and Natrocellulosa deal The Stock Exchange authorities in Italy have demanded that the Italmobiliare Group publicly announces the price of the shares to be transferred to AssiDomän. For its 73 per cent stake in Natrocellulosa, AssiDomän pays 41.4 billion LIT, approximately 180 million SEK.
