EU approves Kappa deal

European Commission approves AssiDomän´s sale to Kappa The European Commission Merger Task Force has today given the approval to the sale to Kappa Holdings of AssiDomän´s Corrugated and Containerboard business units. The deal is expected to be completed within the next few weeks, with formal takeover as of 1 January 2001.
