European Commission approves AssiDomäns' sale to Frantschach The European Commission has without conditions approved the planned sale to Frantschach of AssiDomäns' sack operations, the Sepap and Dynäs paper mills and the Barrier Coating business Unit. The deal is expected to be finalised during the next weeks and will be reported in the third quarterly results. Further information will be given in connection with the publication of AssiDomäns' half-year report on 3 August 2000.
