Hans Pettersson appointed head of new AssiDomän business unit

Hans Pettersson appointed head of new AssiDomän business unit Assessments of AssiDomän's future business direction and operations confirm that there are major synergies between sack converting operations and the pulp and paper mills producing sack and kraft paper. Therefore, in order to increase efficiency and reinforce the focus on customers and the market, the Kraft Products and Sacks units are merging to form a single business unit. Hans Pettersson has been appointed to lead this new business unit. He will take up the post on 23 November 1999. Hans Pettersson joins AssiDomän from MoDo, where he was a business area manager. In connection with this organisational change, Sven Porelius, head of the Kraft Products business unit, has left AssiDomän. Bengt Hägglund, head of the Sacks business unit, will enter retirement in April 2000. Until his retirement, Bengt Hägglund will be responsible for the sack operations and report to Hans Pettersson.
