Sale of forest land to the Swedish state

The AssiDomän Board of Directors has today discussed the announcement from the Swedish Minister of Industry, Mr. Anders Sundström, regarding acquisition of forest land from AssiDomän. The Board is positive to sale of forest areas which are not of strategic importance to the Group´s raw material supply and is prepared to immediately commence concrete discussions with the Minister of Industry.
