Senior executives acquire call options in AssiDomän

Senior executives acquire call options in AssiDomän 24 senior executives within AssiDomän have acquired a total of 268,000 call options for stock in AssiDomän AB. The terms of the offer entail that the executives have acquired packages consisting of two different call options. The exercise price for the call option expiring on 8 March 2002 amounts to 120% of the average share price for AssiDomän during the period 9-15 November. The exercise price for the call option expiring on 8 March 2005 amounts to 133% of this average share price. The option premium paid per call option amounts to 19 and 24:50 SEK, respectively, for the two options. The highest total number of call options acquired by a single executive is 24,000.
