Change in Ownership of Swedish Orient Line

CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP OF SWEDISH ORIENT LINE Imperial Shipping Ltd has acquired 1 248 161 shares of series A in Swedish Orient Line from Mr Lennart Bylock and the Bylock family. The transaction date is 2 nd June 2000. After the acquisition, Imperial Shipping owns 2 494 161 shares of series A and 272 500 shares of series B, representing 32% of the number of votes and 5.6% of the share capital in Swedish Orient Line. After the transaction, Mr Lennart Bylock and the Bylock family retain 300 960 shares of series B, representing 0.4% of the number of votes and 0.6% of the share capital.
