Change in Ownership of Swedish Orient Line

CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP OF SWEDISH ORIENT LINE Swedish Orient Line's two largest shareholders, Imperial Shipping Ltd and Navalmar Transportes Maritimos Lda, announced today that they have transferred shares to each other to the effect that each party now owns an equal number of shares of series A and series B respectively in Swedish Orient Line. Before the transaction, Navalmar owned 351,988 shares of series A and 7,156,000 shares of series B, representing 13.6% of the votes and 15.1% of the capital whereas Imperial owned 2,494,161 shares of series A and 272,500 shares of series B, representing 32.0% of the votes and 5.6% of the capital. After the transaction each party owns 1,423,074 shares of series A and 3,714,250 of series B, representing 22.8% of the votes and 10.3% of the capital.
