Proposal for election of BoD SOL

PROPOSAL FOR ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SVENSKA ORIENT LINIEN AB Shareholders, representing about 45% of the votes and about 20% of the capital (Lennart Bylock incl. companies, Imperial Shipping Ltd and Navalmar Transportes Maritimos Lda), propose to the Annual General Meeting, to be held at 4 p.m. on 4 May in the company's offices in Gothenburg, the election of Enrico Bogazzi, Hans Erikson and Michael Kjellberg as well as the re-election of Kent Flodberg and Peter Weitemeyer as board members. Enrico Bogazzi represents Navalmar Transportes Maritimos Lda, Hans Erikson is the President of Svenska Orient Linien's subsidiary SOL Lines AB and Michael Kjellberg owns half the shares in Imperial Shipping Ltd and is President and joint owner of Gothenburg Chartering AB.
