Transport Agreement SOL-Stora Enso

LONG-TERM TRANSPORT AGREEMENT BETWEEN SWEDISH ORIENT LINE AND STORAENSO Swedish Orient Line (SOL) has signed a long-term general agreement with the StoraEnso Group covering the transportation of forest products from Finland and Sweden to ports in the eastern Mediterranean. The agreement is based on shipments totalling about 225,000 tons, shipped by SOL's RoRo tonnage and LoLo tonnage, until the end of 2001. This agreement is in line with SOL's ambition to develop long-term transport solutions and co-operation forms with the forest industry. The agreement with StoraEnso also means that all SOL's basic agreements have now been signed.
