Swanswell continues to offer vital support in Leicestershire and Rutland over the Easter break
Swanswell will once again be staying open over the Easter bank holiday to help people affected by problem alcohol and drug use in Leicestershire and Rutland.
It’s business as usual for the national recovery charity as it offers support on Good Friday and Easter Monday – offices in Loughborough and Coalville will be open as usual for face-to-face appointments and drop-in facilities from 9am to 5pm.
Residents can also call the Swanswell telephone service for support over the bank holiday on 0300 303 5000. Swanswell services will be available as usual at all other times.
It’s the fourth year that Swanswell’s stayed open during the bank holiday period and is part of the charity’s commitment to making services available to more people when they need help.
Caroline Gadsby, Operations Manager for Swanswell in Leicestershire and Rutland, said: ‘Bank holidays can be difficult for the people who come to us for help, so we want to make sure we’re available whenever they need us – especially when other services are closed.
‘It’s part of Swanswell’s commitment to take our services to even more people so they can change and be happy.’
