SWE-DISH Suitcase with Autopoint

SWE-DISH, the company others follow, now brings Autopoint to the IPT Suitcase for easy satellite access.

With Autopoint functionality, the SWE-DISH IPT Suitcase is approaching the ease-of-use of a mobile phone. It builds on the proven IPT Suitcase, but includes integrated software for fast, safe and secure Autopointing. The Autopoint function significantly simplifies operations and ensures precise antenna pointing with one-button-operation. It does not require additional satellite bandwidth to operate and no reference satellite, the IPT Suitcase will directly find and point to the chosen satellite. The unique IPT Suitcase navigation solution including GPS, compass and electric tilt sensors, which combined with the Autopointing, completely relieves the user of preparations prior to acquiring the satellite. The electric tilt sensors and the developed software automatically compensate the beam pointing and polarization skew if the terminal is placed on an uneven surface. Typical antenna pointing, including fine tuning, takes approximately 1 minute and can be performed by any staff.
