Just over a year ago express bus company Swebus launched new direct 35-minute routes between Arlanda airport and Cityterminalen in Stockholm city centre. With free internet on board and a non-stop service, the company has done well in the battle for airport passengers. Now the company is adding more buses on the Arlanda route.

“We’re increasing the frequency of departures at the weekends, which means we can offer departures every hour from 05.15 in the morning until 00.30 at night, seven days a week,” says Swebus press officer Ingvar Ryggesjö. “Ever since we launched our direct buses between Cityterminalen and Arlanda the number of passengers has kept on growing. This means we are now able to take the next step in our airport transfer initiative.”

Swebus is adding a total of 28 new departures a week between Cityterminalen in Stockholm and Arlanda. The new departures will run on Saturdays and Sundays. The new timetable can be downloaded here.
