Change in number of shares and votes in SWECO AB (publ)

Sweco has, according to previously disclosed information, issued 13 116 828 new Sweco B shares as consideration to the Grontmij shareholders who tendered their Grontmij shares under the offer during the initial acceptance period. The new share issue has resulted in that the share capital and number of shares and votes in Sweco have changed.

After completion of the new issue, the number of shares in Sweco on 30 September 2015 amounts to 105,967,466, of which 9,368,164 class A shares, 95,699,302 class B shares and 900,000 class C shares, representing 19,028,094.2 votes in the company. The registered share capital, after the registration of the new shares issue, is SEK 105,967,466.

On the date of publication of this information, Sweco holds 542,769 class B shares and 900,000 class C shares, in total 1,442,769 shares in treasury. However, Sweco has no voting rights for the class B and class C treasury shares.
