Number of shares and voting rights in Sweco as of 30 June 2009

In accordance with law, Swedish corporations whose shares are traded on a regulated market - if a change in the total number of shares or voting rights has occurred - must make public these changes on the last trading day in the calendar month in which the changes occurred. During June 2009, the issue of 2,500,000 series C shares to HQ Bankaktiebolag, which was carried out within the framework for the implementation of the share bonus program 2009, was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and Euroclear Sweden AB. All 2,500,000 series C shares were later repurchased by Sweco. Therefore, the total number of shares in Sweco totals 92 002 110, of which 9 389 075 series A shares, 80 113 035 series B shares and 2 500 000 series C shares. Sweco holds 559 073 series B shares and 2 500 000 series C shares. The total number of votes in Sweco is 17 650 378,5. However, Sweco does not have voting rights for its series B shares and series C shares, which it holds. Share capital totals SEK 92 002 110.
